Dr. Craig Holmes is a labour economist and has spent his career understanding what makes the labour markets tick. He also sits on the admissions committee at the University of Oxford. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Holmes has played a significant role in assessing students for admission to the University of Oxford’s prestigious PPE and E&M programmes.
